Fantasztikus két nap volt amit Emesével és a Kriston módszer elsajátításával tölthettünk. Kimondottan élvezetes volt a tréning. Emese történeteinek és humorának is köszönhetően pedig folyamatosan teljes figyelemmel kísérte mindenki. Kiváló, remek felkszültségű, sokoldalú, közvetlen tréner. A fizikális gyakorlatok az általam előre elgondoltnál sokkal kisebb arányban szerepeltek a 12 órányi programban. A fizikális gyakorlatok alapjait tanulhattuk, de nem írnám, hogy megtanulhattuk. Természetesen ez a tréning jellegéből is adódik, de mágis kétségeket ébresztett benne a valódi feedback hiányában.

I did find it useful and and learnt a lot from here. My trainer was very well prepared and competent to hold such course. She's style was very good and young, which was amazing to keep the tempo with her and with youthful style. The room where we learned was clean, well prepared for the course itself. The price was a right price for this 2 day almost full day learning course. Thank you! :)
