Nagyon nagyon jól éreztem magam a tanfolyam alatt. Nagyon sok mindenre kaptam választ a Beától közvetlen, barátságos és segítőkész. Voltak olyan információk amikor csak nagyokat néztem hogy mi is történik, de ezt egy sztorival a helyére is tette a Bea. Összességében én nagyon nagyon jól éreztem magam.

Már a jelentkezésemkor is jó döntésnek tartottam, hogy rászántam magam az intim torna tanfolyamon történő részvételre, de hogy a gyakorlatok elsajátítása mellett ennyi hasznos életmódbeli jótanácsot kaptunk, ez csak megerősített a döntésemben. Nagyon jó dolognak tartottam, tartom, hogy ehhez kapcsolódóan teljes őszinteséggel beszélt a trénerünk azokról a problémákról, melyeket nem biztos hogy másokkal megosztunk, illetve sok esetben mi magunk sem ismerünk fel Azt gondolom, hogy minden embernek hasznos lenne egy ilyen komplex tanfolyamon részt venni, ideális esetben még a problémák megjelenését megelőzően.
