2011-ben váltam trénerré, azóta sok nőt, férfit, és gyermeket volt szerencsém megtanítani erre a fantasztikus módszerre, aminek abban rejlik a hatalmas ereje, hogy nem csupán a testet mozgatjuk meg, tanítjuk meg hihetetlen mozgásokra, nem csak fejlesztjük ezeket a rejtett izmokat, hanem az érzésekre és gondolatokra is hatunk vele.

Nagyon hasznosnak és érdekesnek találtam. Az elméleti, a gyakorlati és a pszichológiai része is nagyon tetszett. Kifejezetten jónak tartom, hogy otthonra is kaptunk személyre szabott feladatsort. A tréner pedig nagyon kedves és jól át tudja adni a "tananyagot".
