Rendkívül hálás vagyok Ildikónak az online tanfolyamért, mely holisztikus szemlélettel, hatalmas tudással és tapasztalattal, személyre szabottan zajlott. A gyakorlatokat magabiztosan elsajátítottam, és már a tanfolyam alatt, megszűnt a 40-es éveim közepére kialakult éjszaka többszöri vizelni járás, illetve a magömlés visszatartása is néhány másodpercről 5-10 percre növekedett, pedig az igazi teljes gyakorlás még csak most kezdődik. Minden férfinek szívből ajánlom Ildikót és a tanfolyamot.

A tréningen kíváncsiságból, az egészségem megőrzése és az esetleges problémák megelőzése céljából vettem részt. Elégedett vagyok, sokat tanultam, a tréner személyisége magával ragadó, humora nagyon tetszett. A mozgás elsajátítása mellett komoly önismereti kérdések is felmerültek bennem, amiket majd szeretnék felfejteni. Pl. milyen a kapcsolatom a testemmel, a nőiséggel, anyasággal, milyen a szexualitásom, párkapcsolatom... Köszönöm a tréninget!
