Várakozással telve érkeztem a tanfolyamra. Melinda felkészültsége, türelme és magabiztossàga felülmúlta biztos alapokat nyújtott. Értékeltem, hogy érzemi vonatkozásban is megközelítette a témàt, amit tanulsàgos példàkkal is illusztrált. Folyamatosan nyomon követte a feladatok minőségi teljesítését, ügyelve arra, hogy az a későbbiekben hatékony legyen. Minden feladatsort pontosan végig mondott és ellenőrzött. A hangulatot humorral tette könnyeddé. A hely nyugalmat árasztott és a pihenő időben jutott lehetőség minden napi rutinjaink elvégzésére is. Köszönöm Andreának is ,hogy időt és energiàt fektetett a torna kifejlesztésébe, hiszen női szerveink egészsége nagyban hozzá járul párkapcsolatunk minőségéhez, magabiztossâ tesz és kihat életünk zàmos területére. Köszönöm, hogy itt lehettem, ajànlani fogom.

Nagyon jó, hogy elmélyülhet az ember az önmagára való figyelemben, hiszen erre oly kevés lehetőség adódik. A tréning ütemezése, felépítése, gyakorlatai jól követhetők, a sztorik érdekesek és tanulságosak.

Melinda remek oktató, és sok-sok vélemény ezt szépen ki is fejti. Minddel egyetértek. :) Én inkább arra hívnám fel a figyelmet, hogy bár elsőre nem tűnik olcsónak a tanfolyam, valójában rengeteg pénzt spórolunk meg vele. Csak a vizsgálatok már 25-30-35 ezer forintba kerülnek magánrendelőkben. Bármilyen kezelés vagy pl. biofeedback több százezer forint. Tudom, mert fizettem sajnos eleget. Teljes szívből ajánlom a tréninget. Ha egy dolgot csinálnék másképp, akkor az az lenne, hogy nem menstruáció alatt mennék - engem feszélyezett.

A tanfolyam nagyszerű volt, minden nőtársamnak csak ajánlani tudom. Kellemes csalódás volt, hogy nemcsak a fizikai gyakorlatokra fókuszáltunk, hanem a test és lélek kapcsolatára is, hogy halljuk meg a testünk jelzéseit. Melinda nagyon kellemes, kedves személyiség, öröm volt eltölteni vele egy hétvégét! Köszönöm szépen a lehetőséget, most nálam a labda! :)

A tréninget nagyon hasznosnak tartom, kortól függetlenül minden nőnek szüksége lenne rá. Melinda nagyon felkészült, tapasztalt szakember, hatékonyan adja át tudását. A stílusa figyelemfelkeltő, könnyed, humoros, egyenileg is segíti a csoporttagokat. Már a tréning után éreztem javulást! A hely és a csoportlétszám is megfelelő volt. Ezt a remek tréninget ajánlati tudom minden problémával küzdő nőnek.
